​Our cancellation policy evolved to balance the habits of our clients with the needs of our business. We know things change and therefore we offer as much flexibility as possible; let us know if your situation is exceptional and we'll do what we can to accommodate it.

Booking deposits are 30%*. Balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are not refundable, however for cancellations more than 30 days before the arrival date, deposits become credits that won't expire and are transferable; for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, deposits are neither refundable or creditable, however genuine extenuating circumstances are considered on a case by case basis. 

*Our minimum stay is 7 days. For stays of less than 15 days, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking.

A tourism tax of €1 per person*, per day, is levied by the Government, and is chargeable upon check-in. *(first 30 days only, after that there's no cost for registration)
