Terms & Conditions
Our cancellation policy evolved over years to balance the habits of our clients with the needs of our business. We know things change and therefore we offer as much flexibility as possible; let us know if your situation is exceptional and we'll do what we can to accommodate it.
**Bookings that commence before the 15th of April and extend into May will be calculated at the Cool Season price until the 30th of May.
Booking deposits are 30%. Balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are not refundable, however for cancellations more than 30 days before the arrival date, deposits become credits that won't expire and are transferable; for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, deposits are neither refundable or creditable, however genuine extenuating circumstances are considered on a case by case basis.
Our minimum stay is one week, however for stays of less than 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Some rooms sleep more than two persons. Additional persons in a room cost €15 in low season and €20 in high season.
A tourism tax of €1 per person*, per day, is levied by the Government, and is chargeable upon check-in. *(first 30 days only, after that there's no cost for registration)
